I had the honor of being part an amazing and talented team this past year. When @taylormorgandupuis asked me to document the magic they were making, I was more than happy to!

SO PROUD OF THE ENTIRE @wthia_movie team! Last night we were so honored to accept the Best Tennessee Feature Award at the 57th @nashfilmfest! We are so thankful to the Festival, Programmers, Jurors, and incredible audience that made our world premiere screening such a smash success! After 15+ years making movies this is such an important moment for our team and we could not be more grateful.

Thanks to those attending our Encore screening at 1:30PM today! We would love to hear your thoughts on the film in the comments!

We are taking our time to find the right distribution from our many available opportunities, and are at the very beginning of our festival run, so if you want to see the film and could not make the screenings this weekend it is available online through the festival for a short time at the link in our bio!

ON MY WAY

We made this film with so many beautiful friends from Nashville’s motorcycle community. People who were raised on the backs of bikes, people who found them later. People who taught me what I know, all of us still learning. In this film we look at a bike not as machine or a tool but as a witness, a member of the family, a community builder, a confidant. The people it holds, the places it’s seen, and the lives we shape around our bikes. Here’s a love letter to it all!

I wrote this on April 17th, 2026… and I’m just now posting it hahahaha

“I haven’t really had much time over the past 9 months to post. SO MUCH LIFE HAS BEEN LIVED. Goodness… just looking back at my feed for 2025… so much I haven’t shared with y’all. You know… honestly… what a great thing hahaha

I’ve been thinking a lot about the scene in The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (100,000,000,000.99/10 by the way, highly recommend beyond words!!!) where Sean (Sean Penn) and Walter (Ben Stiller) are looking through the viewfinder of Sean’s Camera at an extremely rare snow leapord. Walter asks Sean if is going to take the photo in which he replies, “sometimes I don’t. If I like a moment. I mean me, personally, I don’t like to have the distraction of the camera. I just want to stay. in it. right there. right here.”

This past year, I married my best friend. I produced and documented my first scripted feature film. I laid two of my best friends to rest. I experienced my best friends reach new highs and felt epic lows with them. I lived another year that I believe was definitely worth filming.

For me, I’m always documenting and the camera hasn’t really ever been a distraction. What has been a distraction though is trying to keep up with sharing those moments with y’all. These are some of those moments that I’ve been excited to share but allowed myself time to “…stay. in it. right there. right here.”

I love y’all and I can’t wait to share more of what God has allowed me to capture throughout the most incredible and hard seasons of my entire life.”
