I owe everything to this team and to the sport of track and field. This team took me in when I didn’t have much and my teammates and coaches pushed me to be my very best. I can’t put into words what these guys mean to me. I couldn’t have done it without them; every relay and individual race was not only for me but for Hickory as well. Thank you boys for making me who I am today and thank you coaches for giving me the confidence I needed. My experience with Hickory track is over and now it’s time to give my energy towards the next level. FIU track coming 🔜.

Thank you guys so much for making my High school experience special. It’s actually crazy it’s all over.

Blessed to have been accompanied by so many amazing friends and family by my side throughout high school. Sad that it’s over but glad it happened. Now, onto the next chapter.

Tyler’s senior session at First Landing State Park was a great way to spend a summer evening.

I've known his family since the kids were little, and it's hard to believe we're already at senior year. I photographed his sister's senior portraits back in 2024, so it was fun to be back behind the camera for another milestone.

Tyler has stayed busy as both a track and cross-country runner and a swimmer. This fall, he'll be heading to UVA to begin the next chapter as a pre-med student.

We wrapped up the session with an incredible sunset along the water at First Landing, giving us the perfect ending to a great session.

Excited to share more from this one soon.
