Officially a certified 200 hr yoga instructor 💫 Eternally grateful for this experience with @yoga_eastwest 🤍

A little more of a personal post from me but if sharing this encourages even one person to trust what they’re being called toward, then it’s worth posting :)

This year I finally listened to what my heart had been asking for. I left my marketing job, moved to California, and took a solo trip to Bali to become a yoga teacher.

One of my biggest intentions here wasn’t just earning a certificate. It was reconnecting with the universe, the vision and finding my voice again. I know there’s still a long road ahead, so much more to learn (and unlearn) but this experience moved me in the direction I needed.

I’ve always dreamed of creating spaces where women can heal, dive deeper into their wellness/ spiritual journeys & reconnect with themselves and others. This feels like one small step toward that vision.

Thank you to every teacher who helped guide me here. Thank you for the tools, the wisdom, and the reminder that sometimes the biggest leaps of faith become the most beautiful chapters of our lives. 🪷

& no words can express how grateful I am for this experience in Bali. Touched by so many beautiful souls along the way!! All I can say is yoga goes beyond just eating shit on a mat. Thank you @yoga_eastwest for this transformative life experience.

Every practice is a moment of grace. The journey of yoga isn’t measured by poses, but by the quiet art of looking inwardly with loving kindness. 🤍
