Day 378 complete. Twenty minutes today in a tradition sauna (heater with rocks for steam) this is about doing hard things to be stronger for others. Sauna is #doinghardthings #hearthealth #stressreliever #preventativehealthcare #fyp

As the weather turns colder in England and the evenings draw in, there’s no better time to enjoy the warmth of autumn.

We installed this one in the garage extension of our Cotswolds project with the help of @takewellnessuk where the @beswickstone limestone flooring runs into the sauna creating a seamless transition and we clad the outside so it feels fully fitted into the end of the back corridor.

#ad Putting in the work is only half of it. Recovery is what gets me ready to do it all again. 🔥🧊

Grateful to have @mainelytubs as part of my routine and in my corner as I get ready for another season.
