Been a while since we've posted, but we're still here and doing it. Took on one of my personal favorites today, smoked corned beef, pastrami, on the Pitboss Phoenix. Turned out awesome! Thank you @veronica_kivela for letting me do this crazy thing. Love you very much wife.

I say "Do good things" all the time. Last night, we did great things.

Redneck version of the #hotones
Show. We used Dino Nuggets and played #cardsagainsthumanity
(Kid friendly version) since interview questions of 8 at a time made no sense. It worked well and fit the gig. Super stoked everyone hung in, especially my 14 year old kid, crushed it.
So much fun. Thanks everyone for good stoke and so many laughs.

Operation make my #jeepcherokee breath correctly is a go, I acquired a #trailheadoffroad #thor #cowlinduction intake and a #pacesetterheaders for the #jeep4.0. It's going to be nice not having to have an exhaust that isn't cobbled together together anymore. Also my intake won't flop around anymore, which will be nice not having a hole in my filter.
No more half assing my jeep, she has given me years of service and I let her down.
