These clients mostly came in for nervous system regulation but many didn’t know that’s what they needed. 🌸

It was: I can’t sleep 🫠 I can’t focus 😵‍💫 I have headaches 🤕 I have digestive problems 🤢
I get many injuries por sore backs and necks but much of our aches and pains are because we need to rest and repair. We can begin here and teach your body how relax

Looking back at these photos reminds us just how far Elyse has come since her diagnosis 9 years ago. From a resilient little girl exploring the woods to the incredible young lady she is today, her strength has never wavered.
Happy 9th Diaversary, Elyse! Thank you for inspiring us every single day with your beautiful smile and fierce determination. There is nothing you can’t do. 💙
Grateful for communities like @typeonefitness that lift up our T1D warriors! 🙌

Glow Down Throw Down 💜

Thursday 10/22 at 6:30
Type One Fitness in Norwell @typeonefitness

We’re turning the lights down and the music way up, and if the last few Throw Downs were any indication, it’s going to be loud and sweaty and a little bit ridiculous.

Bring your squad for a night at the club without the hangover. 🪩

Sometimes you think, “There’s gotta be something else out there.” “I need a massage but the pains don’t go away.” I have no idea what Reflexology is but I keep hearing about it. “I’d like to try reiki but don’t think it’s for me.” “Assisted Stretching-someone can stretch me?” My services fall somewhere right in those lines and I can tailor to your needs. Want to see what reiki is? I can incorporate it right in your reflexology. I have a trio combo to sample services and see what you might want to focus on. It’s not just about feeling good during the moment but the lasting effects as the days go by after your session. Reach out with any questions or sign up for your session in the booking link in my bio. 🌸
