These crispy chicken wings are our go-to dinner when we’ve had a busy day and still want something good. 🔥

I dried the wings uncovered on a rack in the fridge for a few hours first, which helps get the skin extra crispy.

Then season however you like.

I did half with Jammin Jerk from @howtobbqright and half with Cow Cover + Honey Killer Bee from @kosmosq .

Put the wings on a cold pellet grill, turn it to 400°F, and let the 0-400 method do its thing. Mine are usually done in under an hour.

Tater tots went into the @typhur_culinary Sync Smart Oven while the wings cooked.

Simple, crispy, and exactly what we needed after a busy Sunday.

Send this to your wing person, then save it for the next night you need an easy dinner.

Filipino bistek, but make it ribeye. Topped with a flavorful, citrusy, onion-loaded sauce this is everything I love about Filipino Bistek Tagalog with a thick ribeye cooked exactly where I want it.

I used the @typhur_culinary Sync Gold to monitor the internal temp while I worked on the bistek onion sauce. I can set my target temp right from the Smart Base, keep track of the cook remotely, and get an alert when it hits temp. Less babysitting the steak, more time for the important stuff like an incredible amount of onions.

Tex-mex tomahawk steak in the dishwasher

Recipe:
-Cover the steak in a tex-mex steak rub.
-Insert a waterproof, wireless thermometer (I used one from Typhur).
-Place the steak in a ziplock bag or vacuum sealed bag.
-Toss it in the dishwasher (or a sous vide controlled container of water).
-While that is going, make the Tex-mex chimichurri with these ingredients: 1 cup cilantro, 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 3 cloves garlic minced, 1 jalapeno minced, 4 tbsp red onion, 3 tbsp spicy vinegar, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1.5 tsp tex-mex rub, 1/3 cup olive oil.
-Once the steak hits 135F internal, remove it and dry it with paper towel. At this point the whole steak should be the same temperature and the fat should be rendered.
-Get a skilled to at least 400F, add beef tallow, and sear each side to develop the crust.
-Cut against the grain, top with the chimichurri, and salt and pepper to taste.
