Take my set. I'm done. 🥵

Taught swimming lessons, then got in for my own session. 1,750 m in 60 minutes.

This week's focus was underwater kicks and tumble turns. The main set:

🔹 4 rounds × 50 breakdown (25 FR, 25 IM), 30 sec rest
🔹 10 rounds × 50 FR, 20 sec rest

Want the full set, warm-up and drills included? Watch to the end. It's on screen. 👀

A long streamline and a tight kick off the wall give you free speed before your first stroke. That's why I spend time on them.

Built by discipline. 💪

Before the bike. Before the run. It all begins in the water. 💦
Built for three. Trained for more. Driven by passion. Fueled by discipline. 💪

Every stroke builds strength. Every training session builds champions. The journey starts in the water, but the finish line is only the beginning. 🏆

One sport. Three disciplines. One unstoppable mindset. 💚🤍

First look at the new @tyrsport CXT-3 Elite V2 trainers 🪽

First impressions out of the box
- Definitely focused on versatility
- Incredibly lightweight
- Stiffer Carbon Fiber soles

I owned 2 pairs of the first generation of these shoes, and I wore them for just about everything, they very quickly became my favorite all around trainers. So I'm Incredibly excited to see how these hold up with a standard so high already!

Get yours on October 20th! If you've had a pair of the old ones you know these will sell fast! 🔥
