Delivery mileage Defender 90! 📈

We recently waved goodbye to this “as new” Defender 90 after storing it in our de-humidified facility for the past year or so. Only 12 miles and 1 owner from new, I don’t think we’ll ever see another. 😮‍💨

Now sold via @acklamcars ready for a new owner to cherish!

We’re proud to be partnering with @tyredox

Flat-spotting is one of the biggest (and most avoidable) risks to a car sat still for months. We’re offering exclusive deals to all Shed 5 existing clients. UK-made, 93% recycled rubber, built to protect the tyres on the cars that matter most.

What proper winter storage actually means: a dry, dehumidified bay, a trickle charger on the battery, tyre pressures checked, and a full condition report logged before it goes in. No damp. No surprises when spring comes.

We have spaces available at all three of our sites — Cheshire, Brigg, and Lincoln.

If you’d like to have a chat about getting your car looked after this winter, drop us a DM or find the details in our bio. No obligation — we’re happy to answer questions.

See you on the other side of winter 🙌

500 ever made.

Not 5,000. Not 50,000.

500.

The Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworth is one of the most iconic and collectible performance Fords ever built - with the best examples now commanding six-figure prices.

This particular RS500 has been under our care for the past couple of years, safely stored away and protected, only taken out of hibernation once a month to roll the tyres and get the fluids in the engine moving.

Now it’s had the full treatment.

Few photos from July from show at killyman Dungannon to driving through the sperrins with the @rsocni, weather was pretty amazing then. Tho haven't been able to drive BLUE much as I've been having some wee problems had to people looking at it to find it and no joy. She's sort off fixed herself, just need to rebuild the inside up now. Wonder if I'll still make fordfair at Silverstone this year 🤔

Ferrari F12tdf

A truly special and incredibly rare car. To have one stored here at Car Cocoon is something we’re very proud of.

A huge thank you to the owner, @nobles_garage74, for the opportunity and for the trust you place in us to store your amazing collection.

This Ferrari F12tdf is tucked away under its own tailored cover, connected to a trickle charger, and sitting proudly on @tyredox to help protect the tyres and allow the handbrake to remain off during storage.

It was a very special delivery, and we’re honoured to have this masterpiece safely stored here at @car_cocoon_

The first two-door Impreza available for the UK market in the year 2000: The Subaru P1. 🏁

Fun fact: the bodykit on the P1 was designed by Peter Stevens, who designed the Mclaren F1.

Only 1,000 units were ever made, all in Sonic Blue. We wonder how many remain today 26 years later…

Now secure in our de-humidified car storage facility 📈
