‼️‼️Appreciation Post‼️‼️

Never second guess what God has in store for you straight up! A few years back I decided to embark on a fitness journey so I can be the best version of myself I can be physically. Along that journey so many achievements were made and there’s so many more to accomplish.

A few months ago I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue a career of Personal Training. It has been an amazing roller coaster of emotions but overall it’s been a hell of an experience. In a great way! It’s crazy the impact you can make on others in a positive light when you are close to the best version of yourself. That being said make sure you guys show up for yourselves this year! Nobody can do this for you, you have to stand up and make it happen!

Thank you to all of those who have been on this journey with me. From my family, friends and colleagues I appreciate each and everyone of ya who pushed me in anyway. Thanks for all ya do and thanks for holding me accountable.

Also want to give a special thank you to the family over @crunch.sunrise for making sure I didn’t quit and I stood in my purpose.

Thank you all!

Sincerely,

Coach Tone
