They said hockey doesn’t train this way. We proved why it should.

Summer 2026 produced individual gains of up to 21.0% in jump height, 16.2% in relative power, 45.2% in reactive strength and 124.4% in braking impulse.

More importantly, those physical changes showed up in performance. Under matched 1080 Sprint loads, 0–5 m times improved by up to 19.5% and top speed increased by up to 8.0%.

For context, @ryanshima808 has spent decades coaching world-class and Olympic speed skaters with US Speedskating. When we had lunch last weekend, he told me that a 3% improvement is massive. If 3% is massive, gains like these aren’t just progress. That’s REAL separation.

No other group in hockey combines hyper-precise skating biomechanics, world-class speed development rooted in Dan Pfaff’s system and evolved through Stu McMillan (@fingermash / @altisworld), and strength and power methods proven with world-record performers under Dr. Matt Jordan (@jordanstrength).

The athletes who fully committed created massive separation. Those who added random work and outdated training philosophies stalled, regressed or were too beaten up to complete final testing.

Outdated training makes you tired. Good training gets you fit for camp. Great training creates separation.

This performance-engineering model has evolved since 2006 and been refined through seven consecutive years in hockey, producing results across offseason development, in-season performance and highly trained professionals.

2026 made the difference impossible to ignore. In 2027, we change the game again.

They’ve spent years telling me hockey doesn’t do it this way.

I’ve spent years collecting receipts on why it should.

To borrow from @DeionSanders: I ain’t hard to find.
