Aotearoa - For over ten years I have thought about returning to the whenua I grew up on to document some of the most beautiful and powerful voices that I have been blessed to cross paths with. This story was a lot of work and incredibly sensitive to make. I am so fortunate that I got to make it with my best friends and to have the opportunity to give Māori and Aotearoa a cover story of such a global
publication. Especially in times where Māori are changing the world and inspiring indigenous cultures globally. Thank you to all the Rangatahi who worked on this story with us. Your mana and voices are everything. Aroha nui ❤️
