A few weeks ago I hit 10kgs weight loss.
For me this is a big accomplishment!
Putting up photos showing the difference is scary af, I’m not one to usually show my body. I wear baggy clothes for comfort and to hide what I’m ashamed of.

This year I set myself a goal, a goal to do better for myself.
I’m not going to lie, it’s been such a bloody mission. I’ve been battling so many different things and so many different thoughts in my head that it’s been hard to keep the motivation to do literally anything some days.
This year has probably been the hardest for me mentally and emotionally so far but I am still so proud of what I have achieved.
Things take time and effort, it’s not about to change overnight -that goes for everything happening in life.

This 10kgs took me months and that’s okay -slow progress is still progress!
Even when you can’t see the progress that’s been made, it doesn’t mean others can’t and I have definitely learnt this because it’s the biggest compliment to receive while on this journey.

I want to thank my PT @tysonberrypt, without your support I wouldn’t have come this far.

Watch this space as I continue with my goal and show my appreciation to the people I have supporting me!
