Happy International Chefs Day 👩🏽‍🍳🧑🏽‍🍳 que orgullo ser una chef Latina 🇲🇽 🇸🇻

I always knew cooking was my higher calling in life. My journey as a chef and entrepreneur has been such an emotional roller coaster, and I truly wouldn’t change it for the world.

I now understand what they mean when they say, “Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life.”

The amount of amazing people I’ve met, the incredible clients I’ve had the privilege of cooking for, and the places my talent has taken me are things I could have only dreamed of. It’s such an overwhelming, beautiful, and bittersweet feeling to look back and see how far I’ve come.

To all the chefs who took me under their wing in the beginning of my journey, THANK YOU. Thank you for believing in my potential, embracing my creativity, and giving me the opportunity to learn while I was still figuring out how to spread my own wings.

This journey has taught me so much more than just cooking. It’s taught me patience, resilience, discipline, and most importantly, to never stop believing in myself and the dreams I’m working so hard to build.

I just want to take a moment to wish a Happy International Chefs Day to all the wonderful and talented chefs I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside.

May we continue to inspire one another, share our knowledge, spread our creativity, and most importantly, open doors for the next generation of chefs, just as others once did for us.

Here’s to doing what we love and never forgetting where we started. 🥂👩🏽‍🍳✨

POV: You found the personal page. Welcome behind the apron. I’m Chef Ty Stanford — private chef, LA native, Gemini, lover of good food and a soft life. This page is where I actually live. The food, the life, the thoughts, the finds. Stay a while. Follow if you feel it. Business is @tyssavorysweetkitchen — this one is just me.

Let them by @melrobbins is reminding me I’m doin what I need to do to keep myself sane. SO if I seem short, it’s because I’m saving my energy for self and LETTING You.

My Pistachio Matcha - we will chat about this later because she’s delicious and you can call me a barista now. I have an espresso machine that sees me twice a day 😂

That chocolate bar from #traderjoes is a MUST BUY. It’s giving elevated hersheys cookies and crème. Ok Bye until next time.

Thinking I will dispose of all my regular foodie stuff here on this page. Not every plate is picture perfect and makes the main page because it’s not what I would feed my client but
It’s time we start taking care of the chef🫶🏽✊🏽

But if we are being honest I’m ticking myself into eating in by packing everything in takeout containers 😂🫰🏽 #itswhatsforlunch #tacosalad

This is the first Christmas where it truly hit me just how fast they grow. Those moments feel like they were just yesterday. The excitement, the early mornings, the belief that Santa had really come while they slept. Suddenly, they’re memories I hold close to my heart. Family time feels more precious than ever, and I’m learning to slow down and soak in every version of it because it all goes by so quickly.

This year also brought so many meaningful firsts. Watching Ty and Sienna celebrate their first Christmas together as a married couple filled my heart in a whole new way. It’s a reminder that while some chapters close, beautiful new ones are always beginning.

At the same time, my heart feels extra tender this year. I find myself treasuring deep friendships in a new way. I’m grateful for the people who show up, who check in, who walk beside you through both joy and struggle. Everything feels heavier, but also more meaningful, and love feels deeper because of it.

My heart is also with those who are struggling during this season. For anyone missing a loved one, spending the holidays alone, or carrying grief, illness, or hardship. You are not forgotten. I’m thinking of those without family nearby, those who don’t have a warm place to sleep, and those whose hearts feel heavy while the world around them feels loud with joy.

I’m deeply grateful for my family, for the friendships that hold me up, and for the beautiful memories this year gave us. It’s been a beautiful year filled with moments I’ll always treasure, and also a year that brought struggle to people I love dearly. Holding all of it together in my heart this Christmas.

Sending love, warmth, and prayers to anyone who needs it. 🤍✨

🙏🏾Blessed, and Grateful for such an amazing brunch experience.

I remember after my episode of chopped aired this past summer Chef Ty, and I was on the phone and I said to her “I want to host a pop up” she responded “girllllll I’ve been wanting to do the same” she said “if you host one I will help you” I said “Nah let’s collaborate on a pop up” that was the conversation that started our plans for our first pop up/ our baby Biscuits, Bagels, and Bubbles.

If you know me then you know before every event, before every client, etc. I pray!!! This has been something I’ve always done, because God is so good, and so faithful, and I know with out him NONE OF THIS WOULD BE POSSIBLE!!!
Thank you God 🙏🏾

Now let’s get into the details of my food! I prepared a spread of biscuits, bagels, jams and spreads, and when I tell you I am still receiving DMs and text about how amazingly delicious the was. So thankful to have been able to share my store, and love through my bites.

HUGE THANK YOU to our sponsors/ Vendors as well, and everyone who made brunch amazing. All of the guest thank you for showing up for us!
