a few weekends later, and somehow we’re still carrying so much from Crossroads with us.

the classes.
the conversations.
the breakthroughs.
the laughter.
the people.

every dancer, every parent, every family, every person who stepped into the KinFigure space helped make this weekend what it was.

this community does not exist without you.

you show up.
you trust us.
you bring your stories into the room.
and year after year, you continue to make KinFigure feel like something much bigger than an event.

we cannot thank you enough for another incredible weekend in the books.

and wherever the crossroads are in your own life right now, we hope something from our weekend together made the direction a little clearer.

to our incredible faculty, thank you for pouring so much of yourselves into this community and to our amazing staff, we seriously could not do these weekends without each and every one of you. thank you for everything you do behind the scenes to make the room possible.

Seven seasons. Six nationals. Countless memories. Endless gratitude.

As a manager, one thing I know for certain is that I could never do this job alone. Behind every successful event, every challenge overcome, and every incredible moment is a team of dedicated, hardworking, passionate people who make it all possible.

To my staff — thank you for your commitment, your talent, your resilience, and for showing up season after season with heart and determination. You inspire me daily, and I’m incredibly fortunate to work alongside such an amazing group of people.

To this company — thank you for trusting me, challenging me, and giving me the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally over the last seven seasons. It has been an incredible journey filled with lessons, laughter, long days, unforgettable moments, and achievements I’m so proud to have been a part of.

Seven seasons later, I’m still just as grateful, still just as passionate, and still incredibly proud of what we continue to build together.

Still taking this all in. But for now,

For those who know me, I usually start the nationals process months in advance — planning stage concepts, lighting, and rigging. This year, I embraced a new challenge: integrating an LED wall for the first time, perfectly merging my worlds of media and production.

A huge shoutout to the incredible media team whose dedication and sacrifices capture unforgettable moments every time—I’m truly grateful for each of you @riedmartin @maddiecroberts_ @vietqphan @phanman33 @allisoncanales

The production team this year has been rock solid all year long. @tytyvand, you’ve stood by me through every high and low — I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished together. Late nights, sweats, tears, drafts, and seemingly impossible challenges — all worth it.

This season has been a masterclass in patience and manifestation. As I grow, my mission remains clear which is to create moments that don’t just fill a room, but leave an unforgettable memory behind and that’s what Season X was all about. Thank you @frankmusso @topherachris79 @reveldanceconvention

Happy Father’s Day to my babies Daddy!

From day one to now, Eric- I am forever thankful He gave us you to partner with me in raising our babies! The way you love us all is like no other! From the joys of watching our babies achieve the various milestones throughout their lives to the toughest times in loss/disappointments/hard seasons- the way you cheer them on and rally to support with unconditional love, you exude all the amazing qualities of what it means to be a Dad! You always show up- whether it is to be on the sidelines, in the stands, or on the stage🤭- you are there…whether it is to help orchestrate a celebration dinner, a holiday get together, or be the life of the party😅- you are there…whether it is to sit and listen with an open mind, to give advice, or to financially help a situation🥲- you are there…no matter what is needed- you are there! Thank you!
