Huge congratulations to @rabungapboyslacrosse alumnus Ty Wilson '25! 🦅

Ty and @athleticsjra are heading to the Minto Cup starting Sunday after clinching the OJLL Championship as the top team in Ontario!

The Minto Cup represents the absolute pinnacle of junior-level box lacrosse—competing in the Ontario Junior A Lacrosse League, the most competitive junior league in the world, where players can transition to the pros in the NLL. 🥍⚡️

To make the accomplishment even bigger: Ty was named PLAYOFF MVP after leading his team through a stellar championship run. 🏅

Before dominating on the national stage in Canada, Ty helped lay the foundation for @rabungapboyslacrosse as the school’s very first All-American lacrosse player. His work ethic and talent set the bar for our program, and we couldn't be prouder to see him thriving at the highest level.

Join us in cheering on Ty and @athleticsjra as they compete for the national title! 🦅🟢⚪️

The St. Catharines Athletics have punched their ticket to the 2026 Minto Cup in Calgary, Alberta.

The Athletics beat the Whitby Warriors in a six game war. Back stopped by arguably the best goalie in Junior Lacrosse, Ty Wilson, St. Catharines got balanced scoring and were outstanding defensively throughout the series.

Look for the A’s to make some big noise in Alberta next week.
