First of all

1) Fuck your feelings
No that’s really number one 😂- you allow your emotions to run you and how you show up for yourself.

2) Your metabolism isn’t broken- you’ve just under ate for too many years and have no real concept of how much you’re eating.

3) It’s your hormones- it’s the stress from under eating- living off caffeine- under slept- under trained- alcohol drinking for the past 10 plus years.

4) “Nothing is working”- you’re simply not consistent or don’t track your biofeedback to see patterns in your lifestyle.

5) Losing the last 5 lbs isn’t what you need- you need to build 5 lbs of muscle and stop obsessing over the scale.

6) If the only thing you care about is reaching a certain number on the scale you will adopt unhealthy habits to get there.

7) Tracking food is not toxic- eating what ever you want, whenever you want, how often you want, is toxic.

8) No one else and nothing can build the body you want. Stop complaining - get to work - never give up - be patient.

Truth hurts to those who don’t want the truth.

But, the truth shall set you free 💪🏻
