Stories from their Start: From Atlanta, with Love 💜

Christiana Cudger joined our team as a UAB senior planning her future after graduating in a few months. Randomly connecting with our Executive Director, Wes Wright, at a service project in September, all of those plans changed and by the end of the week, she chose to join us for our first Training Camp session!

“When I think back to Training Camp, I can appreciate it as a rite of passage. That experience catapulted me into many other leadership opportunities and skills I fall back on with my current business and community endeavors.”

Training Camp laid the foundation for her to not only be successful in her rookie season, but lead projects that would eventually guide the direction of her life outside of the program. She was able to begin honing her skills in media, becoming one of our primary faces on camera and behind a microphone. Through our Health & Wellness division, she got a chance to begin learning more about pole dancing and found something she loved to stay in shape with and teach others through class and performance! Elevating futher by becoming our Creative Impact Developer, she would use her infectious personality to lead conversations with leaders in the creative field, and help create a network of media personnel that could each climb through the ranks toward success.

Today, those seeds that were planted in her rookie season have taken full bloom as she operates her very own wellness studio, CrySolis Wellness Studio! @crysoliswellness A studio for movement, healing, and transformation including dance classes, sound healing, and order services for you to evolve into your best self!

Training Camp starts in 5 days! What’s your story going to be? Let’s find out together! ♻️
