🚨 UAP WHISTLEBLOWERS ARE ASKING FOR THE RIGHT TO SPEAK PUBLICLY.

David Grusch, Dylan Borland, and Matthew Brown are publicly seeking authorization to disclose more of what they say they learned through their government-related work.

But the important part is what we actually know about their records and testimony.

🔹 David Grusch testified under oath in 2023 that his information came from more than 40 witnesses. His whistleblower complaint was found “credible and urgent” by the Intelligence Community Inspector General.

🔹 Dylan Borland testified under oath before Congress in 2025 and has described both a firsthand UAP encounter and additional information he says he obtained through his intelligence work.

🔹 Matthew Brown authored the Immaculate Constellation report, which became part of the congressional record. He has also stated that the report went through the State Department’s DOPPSR review process before public release.

These facts don’t require us to accept every conclusion surrounding UAP/NHI.

But they do mean these individuals and their disclosures deserve to be examined on the record—not dismissed out of hand.

And that brings us to the central question:

If these individuals are legally restricted from publicly disclosing the underlying information, will the government authorize them to speak?

Because ultimately, transparency isn’t about asking the public to simply believe a witness.

It’s about making the underlying evidence available for scrutiny.

That’s what GDI will continue to push for:

Research. Investigate. Inform. Empower.

🚨 PURSUE RELEASE 06: THE 1952 RUPPELT RECORDING IS OUT.

The U.S. Department of War has published its sixth tranche of UAP records — and one historical record immediately stands out.

🎙️ AF-ATIC-FILM, 03/52
📼 “Flying Saucer Talk”
👤 Briefer: Edward J. Ruppelt
📅 March 1952

Ruppelt was the former head of the Air Force’s Project Blue Book investigation.

This is the same reel that Rep. Eric Burlison publicly pursued earlier this year after identifying it through archival records.

Now the recording is part of the public PURSUE release.

And that raises a fascinating question:

What did Ruppelt actually tell that audience in 1952?

Was it simply a briefing on known investigations?

Were there cases the Air Force considered particularly unusual?

What did military officials know at that point in the early 1950s?

And what, if anything, does the recording add to the historical record?

We’re going to listen to the evidence—not the hype.

A historic record is not automatically proof of non-human technology.

The record exists.

Now the work begins.

What if the true key to the UAP phenomenon was happening outside the West?

For decades, the subject of UAPs/UFOs has been told almost exclusively through an American lens. Today, the emergence of the Global South and BRICS powers is completely redefining the stakes: strategic defense, surveillance of sensitive sites and national sovereignty.

The UAP Africa collective invites you to a unique day of discussion to address the phenomenon from a rigorous, scientific and geopolitical angle.

Program on September 19 in Massy:
10 am: Stéphane Royer — The link between UFOs and nuclear sites in the BRICS
11 am: Marie-Angélique Thuillier — Female ufologists: 3 emblematic portraits in the BRICS
1:45 pm: Paola Garijo — UFO retrospective in Southeast Asia
3 pm: Charles-Maxence Layet & Jacky Moiffo — Roundtable: African governments and the UAP question
4 pm: Jann Halexander — The UAP Africa Adventure

Practical Information:
Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026 (10 am – 5 pm)
Location: Station Atlante, 20 rue Ampère (just after 16 bis), 91300 Massy
Access: RER B and C (Massy-Palaiseau)
Prices: €20 in advance • €30 on site • €15 reduced rate
Catering and bar on site

Reservations: Direct link in bio (HelloAsso / Weezevent) Limited spots, remember to reserve in advance.

WHAT DOES MITRE HAVE?

On May 22, 2026, Rep. Eric Burlison sent MITRE Corporation a sweeping request for UAP-related records.

And he didn’t ask them to search only recent files.

He asked them to look back to 1930.

Burlison’s request seeks records concerning UAP and anomalous phenomena, including:

• UAP detection and tracking
• Transmedium phenomena
• Recovered materials and materials analysis
• Technologies of unknown origin
• Alleged crash-retrieval and reverse-engineering programs
• UAP-related classified and special-access programs
• Records held by MITRE and its federally funded research centers
• Records that may have been transferred, withheld, or destroyed

He also requested a preservation hold, a records-location index, identification of classified or sponsor-controlled material, production of unclassified records, and a classified briefing.

Then something important happened.

MITRE confirmed that its personnel were reviewing its archives in response to the congressional inquiry.

That does not mean MITRE has confirmed the existence of extraterrestrial technology.

It does not prove that crash-retrieval programs exist.

And it does not tell us what, if anything, MITRE will ultimately find.

But it does establish something much more concrete:

Congress is asking a major federally funded research organization to search decades of its records for information relating to UAP, anomalous technologies, recovered materials and alleged legacy programs.

And the requested search goes back to 1930.

That’s potentially 17 years before Roswell.

So the question isn’t:

“Does MITRE have alien technology?”

The question is much simpler:

What is actually in those archives?

And what happens if the search finds something?

GDI will be following this one.
