Becoming the “lube friend” wasn’t on my bingo card for 2026, but the team at @uberlube has made it pretty dang fun, so I’m gonna keep owning it🤠✨🤪

What a special day down in Georgia🥹🥳🥇
I am so happy to have put together a swim, bike, and run I am truly proud of on race day, especially after some of the struggles I’ve had this year…
Got to lead into t2 for the first time EVER- so that bike tiger status is finally getting closer🐅🫨
This race is such a good one so thank you to everyone in Augusta and @ironmantri who make it happen🥰
Biggest shoutout to @grace.alexander92 for a fun battle and making me work all day for the win ;) and also to @samsskold on a stellar podium performance!🤩

Now gotta wait til December to do it all again🥲😏

States is done and dusted, and with that, the 2026 season has come to an end. It was a great year as a team, growing together and learning how to race with each other to achieve team and individual results. We had a lot of fun too :)

This was my fifth and final year with @spectraracing . I co-founded it to try to support more women in cycling and racing and to give them a chance to belong on a team even if they didn’t have race results or weren’t at a certain category level. We knew we could help them grow and develop and we did that through group rides, clinics, and mentoring. It wouldn’t have been possible without our sponsors so thank you to everyone who has supported Spectra along the way.

As I get a little older and search for work/life/training balance along with managing multiple health conditions, I decided to step away from leading a team and put my time/energy into racing on a domestic elite team next year. More to come on that later, but for now, a thank you to the sponsors, my teammates, and everyone who came out for a ride, clinic, or event with us 🫶

Worlds may not have been the race I prepared for, but lucky for me, there’s always another chance to try again!!
70.3 Augusta in 2 days and I’m feeling excited and ready for another opportunity🚀
This is only the second race I’ve gotten to repeat in my middle distance career, and there is something so satisfying about coming back to a place you know you can perform🙂‍↕️✨
Hoping to improve upon my 🥉 from last year, but mostly just trying to put together a day I’m proud of🐅📈

Speaking of sponsors… we’re thrilled that @uberlubesport has stood with us for the past two years as well. We’re kind of obsessed with them… if you couldn’t tell.

I really did that!!!
Overcame my demons and crossed that mf finish line🥳
Even though 34th pace might not seem like something to celebrate (although I mean, come on, it’s 34th in the WORLD?!), finishing this race means so much…

It means knowing and fully accepting that my race results do not and never will define who I am. It also means knowing that one race doesn’t define me as an athlete. It means celebrating others even when I’m not having my best day. It means proving to myself that I can grow from some pretty dark places.

Highlight of the day was blowing kisses to @joanne.murphy and @paul.kaye as they called me in to the finish shoot🥰

Only up from here!!

Roller derby is all about friction: pushing bodies forward, slicing, juking, gliding through impossible spaces. The friction should be the action of the game, not in your movement.
Überlube reduces friction and prevents chafing, with a smooth, long-lasting glide. Let’s go 🤝

A little sneak peak of the vibes and gear (shoutout Rudy Project) I’m bringing to Nice🇫🇷🥐🤗✨
The past few weeks of training and life have filled my cup and I am so so excited to spend the week celebrating all the work that has gone into this build📈
If you see me out and about this week, please say hi!! After all, it’s the community that makes being at an Ironman event so magic every time🫶🏼
