“But as for me, I am filled with power, with the Spirit of the Lord, and with justice and might, to declare to Jacob his transgression, to Israel his sin.” ‭‭Micah‬ ‭3‬:‭8‬ ‭ My last Asun conference did not disappoint, my goal was to score enough to be named the MVP of the meet. While I didn’t accomplish that, I was able to win the hammer and the shot put and improve my school records and my rankings in the region. Now for regionals in a couple weeks and then hopefully nationals after. Hammer - 66.73. 1st place and new PB Shot - 18.49. 1st place and new PB Disc - 42.25. 8th #allglorytogod❤️ #jucoproduct

““Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.”” ‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭1‬-‭4‬ ‭ This weekend we traveled to Nashville for our last regular season meet, has some good throws that I fouled or put of sector. But was still able to save some decent throws, it’s all apart of Gods plan. Next up is conference in Florida in 2 weeks. • Shot - 18.09 1st place • Hammer - 62.88 2nd place #allgrorytogod #jucoproduct #notfinishedyet

“A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭14‬:‭30‬ ‭ After another not so great hammer day yesterday , had a great second day despite the rain. “So the Lord said to Solomon, “Since this is your attitude and you have not kept my covenant and my decrees, which I commanded you, I will most certainly tear the kingdom away from you and give it to one of your subordinates.” ‭‭1 Kings‬ ‭11‬:‭11‬ ‭ This past weekend did not go as well as I had hoped, given how my practices had been going. After what felt like my worst hammer meet in several years, I was able to have a fun shot competition where I experimented with a few things. All in all, it was a good weekend that reminded me that no matter what, God’s timing is greater than our desires, and we just have to trust in Him. Hammer - 60.78 for 2nd Shot - 17.42 for 2nd #allglorytogod #jucoproduct
