POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last night, nine wonderful women gathered to honour the Summer Solstice and all I have to show for it is the altar we gathered around and my moment of integration at the end of the night long after everyone had left with full hearts and heads adorned with flower crowns - a symbol of their sovereignty and beautiful divine self.

We gathered around the altar, shared cacao, stories, laughter, tears, reflections and celebrated our own unique life journey. Each woman’s story touching another…inspiring, reminding, softening, invoking courage, compassion, joy,, trust and a knowing of how friggin divine we each are! 👑

To honour all that we uniquely are, the experiences in life we have overcome, and the new versions of us yet to come, we each crafted a own flower crown before stepping into the centre of the circle to be witnessed, celebrated and honoured by her sisters. We each shouted out loud and proud what we celebrate about ourselves until our hearts beat and we almost passed out from the heat 😅

The summer solstice circle was a beautiful reminder that so often we move quickly on to the next thing, forgetting to acknowledge how far we have come.

The Summer Solstice invites us to pause.

To rejoice!! Really truly, stop and say “I rejoice …” and find something to rejoice in and notice how that feels. To celebrate what has blossomed. To honour your courage.

Thank you to every beautiful sister who shared this sacred evening. I love you all. May the love and power we cultivated ripple out far beyond. ☀️ 🌸
