Some purchases are especially meaningful. This heart was inspired by my gratitude for the cardiologists who cared for me after Covid-related heart disease. Today it found a home with a gentleman who bought it to thank the cardiologist @uclh who has repeatedly saved his life. As a doctor, the gifts that meant the most were always the handmade ones. I still have many of them. Knowing this heart will now sit with a doctor who goes above and beyond as a symbol of gratitude feels like a perfect full circle moment. Most importantly Most importantly, I hope the gentleman who bought it enjoys times of better health ahead. He is loved dearly.
