A weekend of Jesus, community, growth & a whole lot of FUN! 🔥🙌🏻

This past weekend, UCSA group leaders from different schools across the Free State came together to be equipped, encouraged and empowered to make a difference in their schools! ❤️‍🔥

And here's something pretty special — the Free State is the only province that still hosts a Group Leader Training weekend of this magnitude and size! 🤩 What an incredible legacy to keep alive!

From powerful moments in God's presence to new friendships, lots of laughter and unforgettable memories — what a weekend it was! 🫶🏻

We're so excited to see how God is going to use these young leaders to impact their schools and boldly live out their faith! 🌱

Equipped to lead. Called to serve. Ready to make Jesus known! ✨

Sometimes the setting is part of the experience too. 🌿

Taking learners out of their normal environment creates space for something different to happen.
💬 Different conversations.
🥸 Different group dynamics.
🪖 Different challenges.
🫂 Different opportunities to connect.

At Extreme Life, the programme matters — but so does creating an environment where learners can move, participate, reflect, laugh, challenge themselves and experience something together.

Because sometimes stepping away from the everyday is exactly what gives a group the space to grow.

💛 Let’s create a meaningful camp experience for your group.

There’s a lot that happens at camp.

The challenges. The activities. The conversations. The laughter. The moments that push people outside of what feels comfortable.

But there’s also value in simply stepping away from the usual environment for a while. 🌿

Space to slow down.
Space to connect.
Space to think differently.

And space to experience one another outside of the classroom, office or everyday routine.

At Extreme Life, the setting is part of the experience too. Sometimes a change of scenery creates room for something new to happen.

“ Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.” - Colossians 2:6-7 ESV

A Grade Camp can be full of adventure and still have a clear purpose.

Through challenge, collaboration, responsibility, support and reflection, learners are given opportunities to practise skills they can take with them long after camp ends.

A look back at a recent Grade 6 programme with Laerskool Constantiapark. 💙

A school camp may only last a few days… but some of the moments stay with learners for much longer. 💛

The challenge they nearly gave up on.
The friend who helped them through it.
The moment they realised, “I can actually do this.”

The ridiculous story their whole grade will still be talking about months later. 😄

At Extreme Life, we want learners to leave with more than memories of the activities.

We want them to leave having experienced something together — something that strengthens connection, builds confidence and gives them stories worth taking back to school.

Thank you to every school, teacher and learner who has trusted us with those moments this month. 💙

A meaningful programme needs more than activities. 🌿

It needs space to participate, reflect, connect, eat, rest and experience something outside the normal routine.

At Extreme Life, the programme, facilitators, outdoor environment, group spaces, activities, accommodation and catering all come together to support a complete group experience.

Whether you’re planning a Grade Camp, Leadership Development Camp or Therapeutic Camp, the programme can be shaped around what your group actually needs.

💬 Send us a message and let’s start planning your next camp.

What do you get up to on an Extreme Life Grade 6 adventure camp? 💙

Ask the Grade 6 learners from Laerskool Constantiapark! 😍

What a week of adventure, laughter, teamwork and unforgettable memories!

From conquering heights and tackling muddy obstacle courses to building shelters, sleeping under the stars and discovering what it really means to support one another — these learners embraced every challenge that came their way. 🌿🔥

But an Extreme Life camp is about so much more than the activities.

It’s about stepping outside your comfort zone, discovering what you’re capable of, building friendships and learning that some challenges are easier when you face them together.

To the Grade 6 learners and teachers of Laerskool Constantiapark: thank you for an incredible week! We loved sharing this adventure with you. 💛

Here’s to the memories made, the lessons learned and the courage to take on whatever comes next! 🙌
