Every team’s dynamic I team up with is always unique.

Today @ucsbmbb and I surveyed the offerings at Trader Joe’s. There is rarely a dull moment with this crew, always cracking jokes and smiling yet at the same time ready to show up and put in the work.

Each player comes in to these sessions from different places. Some are sharpening their cooking practices and want to learn how to get the most from every bite. Others would be perfectly happy to never cook for themselves. 🙃🧑🏼‍🍳

Sometimes performance nutrition is meeting each player where they are at. Providing a variety of options, allows the player to consciously upgrade their choices while still enjoying the flavors they love.

Improving your nutrition does not need to be a drastic change to start seeing improvements in performance. Much like their training, cultivating shifts that are enjoyable and sustainable will be what really results in showing up feeling their best consistently

Mixed emotions as I’ve finished up my last day at UCSB. Bittersweet to leave the place I’ve called home for 9 of the past 10+ years, but so thankful to have had the opportunity to stay in Santa Barbara for as long as I did

Working at UCSB for the past 5 years has been one of the best things I could ask for as a young performance coach. Incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with so many athletes, teams, and coaches during my time there. Santa Barbara will always be a special place to me

Next stop: USC ✌🏼

Gina, a mom and former gymnast, boosted her metabolism by 10% in minutes after applying the Ignite Super Patch.

That means:
✅ More fuel burned doing the same workout

Thank you Santa Barbara

I am forever grateful for the relationships, memories, and for the people who’ve mentored me at UCSB and P3. This place and the people will always have a special place in my heart. The people truly do make the place.

Always learning!

SoCal Sports Performance Clinic 2025! (Little me was STOKED)

Key takeaways:
1. We can monitor certain metrics but we always need to evaluate from a global approach.
2. Data promotes buy in and an established process is needed, underpromise & over-deliver, and tackle complexity with simplicity!
3. When it comes to shoulder training, coach up the REACH - this is often overlooked in simple movements.
4. Be where your feet are and push yourself to tackle new opportunities when they come.

Thank you @usc_sportsperformance !
