🔥THESE GIRLS GOT AFTER IT🔥

13 weeks, 3 lifts per week, no missed sessions, no rep skipped, no excuses.

20 lb average increase on all strength numbers

1.5 inch average improvement across all vertical jump variations

10 yard sprint times decreased by more than 0.10 sec

I can sit here and say we ran the best training program ever, but at the end of the day that’s not what produced these results.

Instead it was the effort these girls put in on a daily basis and the trust they had in me as their coach.

Couldn’t be more proud of these two and I’m looking forward to seeing their accomplishments this spring!
