Ultimate Entertainment Stage Rental service was a great success!!! We were part of a dream wedding!!! And I quote, “this is the sturdiest stage I’ve ever seen”.

We set up two stages, one for the main ceremony and one for the band. We do it all.

This stage can do any event including stage performances!!! That’s right, I’ve had twenty dancers dancing away on this stage.

If you know anyone hosting an event and looking for a stage to rent, DM me.

I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to choreograph a few tap solos this year with students who have never done a solo before. I took this opportunity to show one of them this clip of me doing the featured tap solo on my last cruise ship contract.

This was the first time I’ve actually really watched this solo without judgment. At the time, I never felt worthy or ready to be featured in this solo. So, I never wanted to really watch without heavy criticism. I always compared myself to the dancers that did this role before me. I looked up to them and never felt I was in their level. Still don’t to a certain point.

Watching it today, I was floored at how well I actually did when I’m not in my head. That was the lesson for today. Get out of your head. You are better than you think are. You are always worthy as long as your heart is in it. You may not dance like the people you look up to. However, they can’t dance like you either.

Forgiven the poor quality. It’s the only footage I have of this fantastic solo.

The past 2 Wednesday’s, I’ve had the pleasure of working with the cool kids of @udclakeland summer camp! Last week, we did what I call “reverse duckie collage” in my studio and this week, we were in the classroom @depotartsdistrict doing some “no rules” doodling & pocket sized Pointillism. We also had the pleasure of swinging by @sage.smoke.studio where Ms. Evonne spoke about polymer clay and shared her art. It was an awesome time with little artists 🖤
