Apart from the content that you should absolutely listen to, guys, this content creation thing is hard. I took this video like five times and still had the "angle" issue.

Anyway, here is to me (us) sharing more and doing more.

One of the beautiful things God brings into your life when He has a future in you is a good woman.

I remember when the pot of beans on the gas exploded on my face and body as a single while trying to cook in the late hours of the night.

I have slept off cooking beans before a few times after a very stressful day, the result was a burnt offering and my landlady will scream and yell, but this one I was wide awake, received a call and didn't know when I went close to the gas

My epidemic was damaged, my skin burnt till twilight, I was like a grilled fish on my bed with no one to say sorry, covered in pap and egg, I woke up in the morning looking like a masquerade with the cake of the mixture on my face and body

I drove quickly to a pharmacy, intense and still feeling so much pain, please help me out, she didn't even show concern

Oga alert must enter before I give you medicines, they received it after about 25mins

I will never forget that day, I slept in a cold room

thankful for a priceless jewel that I have, her first gift is how to cook and make you that sumptuous meal that goes down sweetly.

I never had to boil beans late in the night again

Throwback to #April when we had our first Yoga hangout with #lope 🤸🤸🤸👏🏾 It was fun, amazing and educative.
We met new people, made new friends, learnt new poses and better ways to practice.

The next one would be super amazing😁
Who wants to join us for the next one in August?🙂 We're going to a nature park!!!

Beautiful moments at the beach. Yoga moments. We stretched, bent, folded, meditated, balanced, engaged positive vibes, met new people.💕
This month again, we're doing it and we're going to a nature park.

Yoga is when every cell of the body sings the song of the soul... You just gotta practice Yoga over and over. @xclusivelope makes it look easy
@bboy_freeshest_leyon is the kind of trainer that doesn't take 'no, I can't do it' for an answer
@bloomer_ever is a super fast learner and she gives a new angle to doing Yoga.
