I’m not crying… 🥹😭 What an unbelievable first weekend for ARC! It was genuinely beyond anything I imagined.

I came home after day 1 buzzing and barely slept because I was so moved by the courage, vulnerability and support everyone brought to the room. I didn’t want this master class weekend to end.

With that said, and endless thanks to this phenomenal founding cohort and the always amazing @georgekrissa for inspiring this, 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 in a more regular formatting! Stay tuned. There’s so much more ARC to come😍💫

Jingle All The Way!

What a gift creating this show was. I’ve never been more proud and grateful to work with such talented and dedicated people. Thank you to all the performers and many people behind the scenes who helped me put this together. This concert was focused on bringing together community, and I am so lucky to be surrounded by the best community imaginable <3

I’m so thrilled to announce that between entry donations and concession purchases, over $700 was raised for the local food bank and Theatre Sheridan! To everyone who attended the show, thank you. You allowed us to give back to our community and share our talents and passions with you all. If you weren’t able to be there, the full show is available on YouTube (link in bio)

Wishing everyone a warm holiday season, see you next year! 🔔✨

Hi friends! After 2 years, I’ve made Dừa public on my personal YouTube channel for anyone who’d like to watch it (link in bio).

It was a surreal experience, bringing this special memory of my dad to the screen. Thank you once again to everyone who helped make it happen. I will always be very proud of what we were able to accomplish together that summer. It was painstaking for sure, but the most fun time.

I’m (clearly) not sure when I’ll make my next film, but in the meantime, I hope that Dừa resonates with you in some way :’)

Time Warp from Rocky Horror Picture Show choreo by @annasturgeonn this one’s definitely a little bit kookier and more abstract than the boyband number but EQUALLY as fun to do

It was an honour to conduct my friends and colleagues in @babel.chorus in the world premiere of my new SATB arrangement of the Hindu bhajan “Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram”. And to be programmed alongside so many fellow Canadian composers, friends and choirs was a privilege.

Thanks to @drelainechoi for helping introduce Asian Canadian music and composers to the choral community and to the @canadianchamberchoir and @exultatechambersingers for sharing the music of Canadian composers to audiences throughout the country.
