CLIMB & CONNECT 🧗‍♀️💛

our next Sunlight side quest is here!!
on Sunday 8 November, we’re taking over a private area at City Bouldering Aldgate for a girls-only morning of climbing, chatting and trying something new together ✨

this is actually designed for beginners. it’s not one of those climbing events where you turn up and are somehow expected to already know what you’re doing!! we’ll have instructors there to help us get started, show us the basics and make sure everyone feels comfortable. entry and climbing shoe hire are included too!

if you already have some climbing experience, you’re more than welcome as well 🤍

after the session, everyone will get a free UFIT drink, and we’ll head for an optional coffee nearby so we can keep chatting and actually get to know each other ☕️

come alone, meet some new girls and try a fun new side quest with us!!

🎟️ tickets go live TODAY at 7pm

What I eat on a busy vs a slow day:

Breakfast – @ufitdrinks cereal / Yogurt bowl
Lunch – Salmon Poke Bowl / Steak and Eggs
Snack – @ufitdrinks cereal / @ufitdrinks High Protein milkshake
Evening snack – @ufitdrinks protein shake / Strawberry & Banana smoothie
Dinner – Chicken Sweet Potatoes & Chicken / Beef & Edamame Stir-Fry with Rice

Even on busy days, I try my best to keep my meals balanced whilst consuming enough protein throughout the day.

Something I’ve been paying more attention to is where the sugar in the things I eat actually comes from, so I’ve been opting for snacks that contain naturally occurring sugars like @ufitdrinks protein milkshakes. UFIT’s Protein Cereal is perfect for breakfast or a quick evening snack!
