'Twas the perfect day deep in the heart of Texas with my MUDGIRL besties and my Gators down the road in Austin beating up the Longhorns! Face down on my stage, but filled with joy. Go Gators! 🐊🩷🎤

This message works for the college students I speak to each semester and it also works for you. Networking doesn't come easy for everyone. But if you practice the skill of introducing yourself, it WILL get easier and it will enhance your career.
This is part of my Suoercharged Careers presentation I give for universities and professional organizations. I expect this room full of Gators will not allow shyness or fears to hold them back.

Celebration brunch with two of my four summer interns. Big love to Elle, Zoe and Natalie and Kaela who couldn't make it. These Gators are so bright, creative, hardworking, timely and delightful. I'm so grateful they were part of Team Fitzness. Go Gators!! 🧡💙🐊

Millions of young people play sport every year. Coaches are some of the most influential adults in their lives, and most never receive formal training on how to use that influence well.

The Healing-Centered Sport Coaching Certificate, developed by the University of Florida in partnership with CHJS, gives coaches practical, brain-based strategies to build environments where athletes can learn, perform, and thrive.

100% online. Self-paced. 2.5 CEUs.

Every time I speak at UF, I make this demand. The University of Florida alumni base is the most powerful in America because of our passion for each other. It's vital all of our future grads know this and commit to being a part of our communityfor life. Are you a Gator? If so, what are you doing to support other Gators?

Also, this was at tail end of my presentation Supercharged Careers for a class in the College of Health and Human Performance. It starts with finding work you're passionate about, and then continues into negotiating, getting past the fear of rejection, branding, communication skills, and much more. I adore the privilege of connecting with fellow Gators and hopefully contributing to their success. 🧡💙🐊

ADVICE PLEASE ‼️🚨 I'm speaking at UF 🐊 today in the College of Health and Human Performance, as I do every semester. What advice would you give to help these students find or create financially rewarding careers they adore? 🧡💙

Last Week SPM students traveled to New York City where they attended professional development opportunities and inspirational visits to @nbcuniversal, the @nba headquarters, @usopen, @sportstarsnyc, the @nfl headquarters, and Fenway Sports Management!

Check out our highlight story “HHP Takeovers” to see SPM senior Jessica DeBold’s overview of the trip. 📸 If you are interested in traveling with HHP, reach out to your department to learn about experiences like this offered during the semester!🐊

Three incredible weeks in Sydney for students on the University of Florida's Fundamentals of Sports Performance program!

From visiting elite sporting academies and experiencing live matches to getting involved in Australian sports themselves, it was an unforgettable hands-on learning experience.

Not a bad way to spend your summer! ☀️👏 Group of students in front of limestone cliff in Blue Mountains, NSW
