At the airport for 5 hours so why not do my mobility exercises from @natefityyc 😁

I recently keep reciting the words “if not now, when?” in order to keep me going when I would rather surf the internet or people watch or sleep an extra hour ⏳

Guys and gals, you see my life, it’s insanity to describe it the best. It’s a beautiful insanity but guys and gals, I get exhausted too. Today I was up at 245 am, and it’s been go go since. Tonight I get into Kelowna at 10pm and drive to Mission to shoot more tomorrow. I LOVE IT!!! Truly!! And I would take a nap right now…but if I don’t work on myself now, then when? ⏱️

So, today in the airport I did my 20ish minutes of mobility Nate gave me to fix my many injuries and I already just after 2 weeks have a pretty big improvement in my hips 😃

I follow that by 50-100 daily anytime squats to strengthen my quads courtesy of @ugbfit who is my online motivation to push me beyond my basic on road workouts. And guess what, I’m stronger just after 2 months working with him! 💪🏻

I stop at rest stops to do workouts, I train in my camper when it’s gross out, I do mobility in airports, I do squats every time I remember…etc…and although it would have bothered me before to be seen in public doing all this, I don’t care anymore. Most of the people who see me want my “luck” and this is “luck” folks…doing what most won’t to get what most want 🫵🏻

So, be brave, do what you know will get you further tomorrow than you were yesterday 💫

🇨🇦 I wasnt planning to write this shit text, before end of this year, but sometimes you just need to hear your body and take some time for you... i dont know when, but i still have desire to fight, so when i will threat all shits, what i currently have im sure i will be back and i will fight for my life, just now i need to stop it and im on 99% sure i will not have any more fight this year... when i have last break like this i was having only 12 fights and 3 wins... now i have 53 fights and 18 wins and lots of ref decission loses... but i dont wanna play on decission... it is what it is... so im fucking proud of this road, what i started some time ago and see you again when i will be in better condition... and also im planning to spend this time to learn new things, skills and have better money for the jobs i will do... because if i will continue like this, i will need end my career before 30... and this isnt what i want.... thanks to all people,with which i was sharing tatami, ring and cage this year, thanks to all coaches, who helps me to be a better person and better fighter as well and finally thanks to all sponsors what i have...🤣 no worries ill be back✊🏻

🇸🇰 nemal som v plane pisať tieto riadky pred koncom tohto roka, ale občas si nevyberieme, takže je čas zobrať si čas pre seba a dať sa poriadne dokopy, tak aby som bol schopny znovu v buducnosti nabehnuť do plnej pripravy bez kompromisov... keď som mal naposledy takuto pauzu mal som na svojom konte 12 fightov a 3 vyhry, teraz o dva roky neskôr mam na svojom konte 53 fightov a 18 vyhier plus vela prehier na rozhodnutia rozhodcov, ale na to sa nehra a ja tu nebudem plakať ako p.ča...takže je to ako to je...
Som veľmi hrdý na tuto cestu, ktorú som započal nejaky ten rok dozadu, je to v podstate moje majstrovské dielo a su to najkrajšie spomienky, ktoré mam vo svojom živote... takže určite nemám v umysle končiť... čas ktorý dostanem k dispozicii plánujem využiť, na učenie sa nových vecí, aby som získal lepšiu robotu, zarobil viacej love a už v živote nemusel riešiť veci typu za čo si kupiť vodu po zápase..atď..ďakujem všetkým trenerom a ľuďom za 2024🙏
