“ But what if they don’t like me…” ⁣
⁣
A question that weighed heavily on my soul before jumping into business. ⁣
⁣
So unsure of my own power, so confused on what direction to take, questioning everything I was learning and absorbing it all at the speed of light. ⁣
⁣
Trying to figure out what to post, when to post, and how to find my first client. ⁣
⁣
Doing my best to grow and sign clients but also not trying to feel like I’m selling myself because I was constantly getting that ick feeling. ⁣
⁣
Feeling so overwhelmed, not understanding where this beautiful entrepreneurial journey would lead me 5 years later. ⁣
⁣
Here’s the thing about starting a business from the ground up… ⁣
⁣
There will be moments of doubt, ⁣
⁣
There will be times where you feel as though you aren’t doing it “right”, ⁣
⁣
There will be fluctuations in not only your business but also your mental health because we are human, and experiencing emotions is a normal part of being a biz owner. ⁣
⁣
We aren’t “immune” to the limiting beliefs that set in, the guilt, the worrying, the confusion. ⁣
⁣
But we also aren’t “immune” to the joy, the fulfillment, and the happiness as those pieces fall into place. ⁣
⁣
This is my reminder to you, wherever you are at in biz is to not give up no matter how hard it gets. You are allowed to take social media breaks, you are allowed to prioritize yourself before your clients & business growth. ⁣
⁣
You are also allowed to shift and morph into the next level of yourself without feeling bad for your previous decisions and/ or actions that may not have been fully aligned with who YOU truly are. #bossbabe #loveyourself #mentalgrowth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealth #entrepreneur #smallbusiness #smallbusinessowner #adventure #explore #morningmotivation

𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀… ⁣
⁣
From yourself, from friends & family, from your coaches, from your co- workers… from anyone… ⁣
⁣
Is the only way you will truly feel free 🦋⁣
⁣
In the past 5 years of business, I’ve seen it all. ⁣
• the “cookie cutter” scripts ⁣
• the sales pushing ⁣
• the marketing techniques ⁣
• the fast pace scaling ⁣
⁣
I thought for so long, that THIS was what a “successful” business would have. ⁣
⁣
Until realized that all of these lead to… ⁣
• forced connection ⁣
• non compliance ⁣
• resistance towards business development ⁣
• clients feeling like just another number ⁣
⁣
Lead Gen is changing, strategies for outreach are changing, platforms are shifting… but that doesn’t mean you can’t. ⁣
⁣
Your business is ALLOWED to change, ebb & flow, morph into its next “successful” phase whatever that looks like to you, and only you. ⁣
⁣
I’ve enjoyed using my own account as a platform to share what I know, but also as an experiment. ⁣
⁣
My team and I love seeing if we do “X” how will the algorithm shift?⁣
⁣
What’s the best way to do a soft launch? ⁣
⁣
Can we really hit our numbers by simple nurturing? ⁣
⁣
THIS is why I love lead Gen. ⁣
⁣
It’s a game. It’s a puzzle. It’s an experiment to see what works best for you & your business growth plans. ⁣
⁣
With the social media world shifting, that means you and your business’s lead generation techniques are going to have to be 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗤𝗨𝗘 𝗔𝗦 𝗙. ⁣
