POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
THREE YEARS LATER, IN MIAMI, I MET ONE OF THE HEROES WHO SAVED THESE BABIES. Today, I shared the story of two 10 month old twins rescued from Kfar Aza on October 7th, after their parents were murdered. Golani soldiers, including Tomer Greenberg z”l, risked their lives to save them before handing them over to our United Hatzalah volunteers, Shalom and Sivan. Suddenly, a soldier stood up. “I WAS THERE! I was with Tomer! I handed one of those babies to Shalom!” We embraced and cried. The entire room was in tears. Tomer was later killed in Gaza, but his heroism lives on in the lives he helped save. More than three years later, thousands of miles from Kfar Aza, I came face-to-face with one of the heroes of that rescue. We will never forget our heroes. We will never stop telling their stories!

Next stop on our Israel trip 🇮🇱🧡 There was no way I was coming to Israel without visiting @unitedhatzalahofisrael! So when they invited me to tour their dispatch center and see firsthand what goes on behind the scenes, I was so excited. Seeing the dedication, passion, and heart that goes into saving lives every single day makes you appreciate this amazing organization even more. It’s one thing to hear about the incredible work they do, but being there and seeing it for yourself is something else entirely. Thank you @unitedhatzalahofisrael for inviting me and giving me the opportunity to experience this firsthand. Truly something special. 🧡🚑

One of the most meaningful parts of being an artist is being able to create something that goes beyond what you see on a canvas. Art can hold memory. It can tell stories. It can honor people, preserve moments, and give us a way to express what words sometimes can’t. These pieces were created with that purpose 🤍 October 7, 2023. Approximately 1,200 people killed and 251 taken hostage. Today marks 3 years since that day. Today, I’m using my art to remember the lives that were lost, honor the survivors and families forever changed, and make sure their stories and memories continue to live on. This is why creating art with meaning will always be such an important part of what I do. We remember🤍 #October7 #October7th #jewishartist

3 years later, there are still no words that feel big enough. Today we remember the lives stolen, the hostages taken, the families forever changed, and the strength of a community that continues to stand together. To everyone who showed up, spoke up, checked in, and continues to stand beside the Jewish community, we remember that too. 🤍 May their memories always be a blessing. We will never forget. October 7 we will never forget.
