I’m so excited and blessed to announce that I am officially committed to the University of Illinois Chicago to continue my academic and athletic career in basketball and softball! First and most importantly, I have to give all the glory to Jesus. I truly could not have gotten here without Him. To my parents, there will never be enough words to thank you for everything you have done for me. You have sacrificed so much, believed in me when I doubted myself, and everything in between. I wouldn’t be the athlete or person I am today without you.To my family, thank you for always showing up, cheering me on, believing in me, and loving me through every step of this journey.
To every coach, teammate, teacher, trainer, my community, friends, and person who has played a part in my journey thank you. Every lesson, every conversation, every opportunity, and every person has helped shape me into who I am today. I will forever be grateful for everyone who believed in me and poured into me along the way.
This journey has been filled with so many ups and downs, but I wouldn’t change a thing. Getting the opportunity to continue playing both basketball and softball at the next level is something I have dreamed about for so long, and I’m so thankful that God has opened this door for me.With that being said… GO FLAMES! ❤️🔥UIC, I’m so ready for what’s next. Thank you for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to call Chicago home. The best is yet to come! 🏀🥎
