My kind of perfect wellnes day🤍

Coming back to Vorme for the second time, but this one hits differently. Started the morning with a refreshing reformer pilates session to stretch and center the body, followed by a mindful Uji Matcha workshop.

Whisking my own matcha and finding that calm amid the rush. Such a 10/10 self-care combo! ✨🍵 @vormepilates @ujimatcha.id

Pilates + matcha in one day? Count me in! 🍵🤎

Definitely a fun way to spend the weekend! Thank you @vormepilates & @ujimatcha.id for having me 🫶🏻
