This hit me when a series of posts in succession, all outstanding military lads absolutely smashing it! So thought I’d grab the images and throw them together with a massive shout out to them and all the rest of you that are grafting and forging forward!

Keep it up your killing it! Inspiring to see 💪🏻💥💪🏻💥🔥🔥🔥

Brilliant Weekend - Grading and Seminar with Ben Poppleton Saturday followed by food and beers after.

As always the usual Fights, food, drinks, banter and belts but this time paired with some quality lock down techniques from Ben.

Many very well deserved promotions for both the kids and the adult teams. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to award stripes to the adults so will do some of those in the coming weeks. Congrats to all those who were graded and levelled up.

Massive congratulations to @ujoshg on his promotion to black belt. Josh is the real deal and I can’t wait to watch him compete at the highest level.
