Round 6 – Sproxton

What a weekend!! Junior rode absolutely superb all weekend. Smart, controlled riding and looking really comfortable on the bike.

P1 qualifying
Race 1 – P1
Race 2 – P1
Race 3 – P1
Race 4 – P1

Then came the final race of the weekend… and it started with a nightmare… Junior didn’t get the best jump out of the gate and got caught up in a big crash in the first corner. From what we’ve been told, he was run over around 6 times and his arm ended up caught in his rear wheel.

By the time I got over there he was being carried off and the medics were on their way. I asked him if he wanted to carry on and straight away he said yes 🥺

There aren’t many 6 year olds who would get back on a bike after a crash like that. He was nearly a full lap down when he got going again and it took him a couple of laps to settle back into his riding, but once he did he started picking riders off one by one and somehow he fought his way all the way back to 3rd in the SW Auto class. The championship was already won the last round but he wanted to be there and finish the season properly.

Thankfully he’s come away with just cuts and bruises, but what he showed us in that last race means more than any trophy ❤️
He can ride a bike, but this weekend showed what he’s made of when things go wrong as well.

He’s definitely got that DOG in him 😂💪

And to top it all off…

Unfortunate weekend at hawkstone was a nervous drive went out in practice rolled around just got the feeling of the track line up in race was decent start couldn’t complain for first ever concrete start picked a couple off was holding my ground and looking for the passes with a sudden loss of power and the bike making some funny sounds pulled in and wasnt able to race the rest of the day however great experience keep positive and pushing work hard in the mean time and come back at them harder hopefully 🤞. @b.t.w_media @flynnsportracing @lclifford24 @shocktech_suspension @ukgogglesales

🏁 Moto Mavericks JMX – Round 3, Buttercup Farm 🏁

What a rollercoaster of emotions this weekend!

Junior qualified P1 and looked fast from the start.

Race 1: He grabbed the holeshot and led for three laps, setting the fastest lap of the race, before the bike suddenly cut out and developed an intermittent power issue. Luckily, he managed to nurse it to the finish and bring home 4th place.

After spending hours trying to get the bike running and believing it was an electrical fault, we still had no solution. A huge thank you to @racing_rylee20 , who kindly offered Junior his spare bike – a stock KTM SX50.

Despite being completely out of his comfort zone on a bike he’d never raced before, with suspension settings miles away from what he’s used to, Junior pulled another holeshot and led every lap to take the win. It was incredible to watch him adapt so quickly and bring it home in 1st place.

On Sunday morning, we finally found the issue with Junior’s bike – the clip on the carb needle had come off.

Race 3 & Race 4: Junior was back on form, taking 1st place in both races and securing Overall 1st for the weekend. 💪🏼🏆

A massive thank you again to @racing_rylee20 for lending Junior the bike – we really appreciate it.

And a huge well done to @laytonhenry518 You rode your socks off all weekend and should be proud of your riding. 👏🏁

🏆 10 out of 10 for Junior Jeffery! 🏁

This weekend marked Junior’s 10th race of the 2026 season, competing across three different championships: Wilden MX, Moto Mavericks JMC and Mecca-X.

We’re incredibly proud to say that Junior secured yet another Overall 1st Place finish, making it 10 wins from 10 races this season so far! What an achievement.

His speed, technique and style on the bike continue to improve every race, and his attitude both on and off the track is something we’re especially proud of.

The hard work, dedication and determination are really paying off. Here’s to the rest of the season! 💪🏁🏆
