Jihokorejský umělec Ukn Lee ve své tvorbě propojuje východní malířské tradice se současnou abstrakcí. Jeho obrazy charakterizují čisté barevné plochy, jemné přechody a redukovaný vizuální jazyk, který vytváří dojem klidu, hloubky a soustředění. ☀️ Dílo Wildflower je součástí výstavy Summer View ________ Ukn Jaden Lee Wildflower, 2026 Oil on canvas 150 x 100 cm

East wind Contemporary Korean Art 2026.7.28-8.18 Korean Drawing Now 2026.9.7-9.13 감사하게도 독일에서 초대 단체전에 전시하게 됬어요 경계의의 숨바꼭질 Hide-and-Seek on the Threshold 나는 오랫동안 경계 위에서 숨바꼭질을 해왔다.

🌸 ARTIST COUNTDOWN: DAY 14 🌸 The countdown to the 24th edition of Art Stays continues! Every day until our grand opening on July 9th, we are shining a spotlight on another groundbreaking international artist joining us this summer. Today’s Featured Artist: Ukn Lee (South Korea / Germany) 🇰🇷🇩🇪 We are absolutely thrilled to introduce the exceptional contemporary artist Ukn Lee, whose profound and captivating works will be a major highlight of this year's festival. Born in Seoul in 1963 and now based in Berlin, Lee’s practice serves as a brilliant creative bridge between East Asian traditions and Western contemporary concepts. He is widely celebrated for his unique ability to capture the fleeting, suspended essence of nature, memory, and time. Working frequently with oil on delicate silk, Lee crafts breathtaking, layered landscapes that balance abstract forms with poetic, organic textures. His meticulous craftsmanship adds a sophisticated, evocative layer to this year’s master dialogue, "Thank you for the flowers." Ukn Lee presentation is curated by Marek Schovánek. 📅 Save the Dates From July 9th to 12th, join us in Ptuj, Slovenia for 4 days of an unforgettable opening weekend featuring groundbreaking artists from Europe, South and North America, Africa, and Asia.
