🌳✨ Day 3 | North Asia Regional Retreat 2026

Our final day brought us closer to the heart of Ulaanbaatar.

Shapers visited the city’s ger areas and joined the opening of the third pocket park created through UB Oasis (Улаанбаатар Төгөл) @ulaanbaatar.oasis , one of the Ulaanbaatar Hub’s flagship projects. The initiative transforms underutilized spaces around water kiosks into green, community-centered gathering places, making public spaces more welcoming, accessible, and people-focused for residents of the ger districts.

We also had the privilege of learning from Julian Tse @juliantse1 , who led a thoughtful and inspiring session on The Art of Seeing Each Other and Belonging. Through stories, reflection, and conversation, the session invited us to think more deeply about connection, empathy, and the communities we are building.

And of course, a special thank you to Milkman Mongolia @milkman_mongolia for sponsoring our mid-morning snacks and keeping everyone energized throughout the day. 🥛💙

Standing in the presence of greatness ⚔️✨
I still can’t get over the scale of the world’s largest equestrian statue. 40 meters of gleaming stainless steel in the middle of the vast Mongolian steppe. Truly a "pinch me" travel moment! 🇲🇳💎

Wine and Canvas, Kitchen Studio, Dance @ulaanbaatar.oasis @h.o.w_architecture Studio,
