A Father’s Fight. An Engineer’s Mind. A Legacy of Integrity.

Before the $40 million business. Before the 60-plus employees. Before CSI 3000 became what it is today…

There was a father fighting for custody of his daughter.

Meet Rey Rivera — a man whose story is defined not just by what he’s built, but by what he’s fought for and the principles he’s refused to compromise.

An engineer at heart, a technician by nature, and a leader by example. Rey has taken a systematic, intentional approach to building CSI 3000 into a $40 million enterprise.

Discover “The CSI 3000 Way” — where excellence isn’t left to chance. From a 75-page playbook defining the experience for employees and clients, to an unwavering commitment to precision, diligence, and doing things right the first time.

No shortcuts. No compromised standards. Just extraordinary attention to detail and a belief that how you do business matters as much as the business you build.

But perhaps what’s most remarkable about Rey isn’t his success. It’s the man behind it all.

An incredible husband. A devoted father. A leader who cares deeply about his people. A man who has built a remarkable business without compromising the values that make him an exceptional human being.

A story of fatherhood, love, sacrifice, discipline, and the pursuit of excellence.

Because through carnage, there’s beauty.

Welcome to The Legacy Room.

This is Rey Rivera’s story.

Meet Rey Rivera, founder of CSI 3000.

Raised in Chicago, Rey built his business from humble beginnings while fighting for custody for his daughter’s life. His journey is defined by resilience, determination, and an unwavering commitment to never quit.

Today, he leads a multimillion-dollar concrete company guided by the standard he set: the CSI 3000 Way. It’s more than a slogan—it’s a standard, set in an analytical approach to business and data driven decision-making that reflects Rey’s vision and genius.

His greatest achievement is the legacy he’s building beyond the worksite. From watching one of his kids graduate law school to completing a marathon, Rey’s impact is reflected in the lives he has inspired.

Alongside his longtime sweetheart, he continues building a legacy rooted in love, commitment, and perseverance.

For Rey, the sky isn’t the limit—it’s the starting point.

As we set out to tell the stories of people building legacies. What I didn’t realize was that, in sharing theirs, I was creating my own.

Through carnage, there’s beauty.
