What’s new on the Vekta API ⚡️ Five weeks ago, the Vekta API could read. It could tell a coach or an athlete what had happened: every session, every night of sleep, every shift in the physiology. Acting on it was still down to you, one session and one calendar at a time. 🤝 Today it writes back. Sixteen of its operations now act, so a plan, a note or a reply goes straight from a conversation into Vekta, for your own training or a whole roster, in cycling, running and swimming. 📈 Here are the key features we shipped: 🚀 ✅ Plan Sessions, Blocks And Whole Seasons ✅ Plan For One Athlete Or A Whole Roster At Once ✅ Every Step, Repeat And Target, On Your Devices ✅ Cycling, Running And Swimming ✅ Create, Edit And Tidy Your Workout Library ✅ Prescribe Any Workout, To Any And All Athlete’s ✅ Move, Edit Or Remove Planned Sessions ✅ Rest Days, Medical And Availability Notes ✅ Add Races And Events To The Calendar ✅ Read And Reply To Every Comment ✅ Morning Check-Ins: ✅ Best Efforts: Power, Heart Rate And Pace ✅ Connect In One Prompt The change that matters most is the words. Every comment, note and check-in now sits beside the physiology, so a workflow reads what an athlete says as well as what they did. 🧠 Together, they make something new possible: workflows. Your method, built into a system that runs across every athlete, every day, with the decisions left to you. Not another tool. A system that acts. 🔁 The Vekta API is free with every subscription. 🔗 Link in bio to connect. #Vekta #VektaAPI #EnduranceCoach #AI #DreamBig

Vekta API Live Webinar: the recap ⚡️ For twenty years, coaches have worked from the same fifteen or twenty screens. The same charts, the same models, the same view of the athlete. Building anything of your own required a team of analysts, data scientists and developers, and the budget to match 💸 Yesterday, at the Vekta API Live webinar for coaches, we showed what changes when that is no longer true. We took coaches through what an AI workflow is and the five parts every one shares: a trigger, the data, the rules, a human in the loop and an action. Coaches can do things AI never will: understanding the athlete, building trust, and applying their judgement. AI handles the repetitive work in a fraction of the time, so a coach’s hours go toward the work only they can do 🙏 Then we built one live: an early warning system for a whole roster, built in 15 minutes. It reads every athlete across four layers, physiological, physical, emotional and engagement, shows the coach who needs them first, and once the coach approves, writes the change straight back into Vekta ⚡️ That is what the Vekta API opens up. Every session, every night of sleep and every word an athlete writes is available to the coach to build whatever their coaching needs require. The playing field has been level for twenty years. It isn’t any more 👊 🔗 Link in bio for the full recording, write-up and the Early Warning skill. #Vekta #VektaAPI #EnduranceCoach #AI #DreamBig

O Race Advisor agora prevê o vento trecho a trecho e mostra quanto tempo ele custa — e como a dupla deve revezar a frente. 5. 🙏🏻🤍 Parceiros @lamaglia.oficial @sereloficial @s2Alphavillesp @loungecoffees2 @ridecyclingwear @farma100ofc @sudract @visthomeias @hbbrasil @wagcar_som_acessorios @thiagoborgesoficial2024 @fisio.alanabarros

The Vekta API in 5 prompts ⚡️🔑 The planning and analysis that used to take hours now run on your own data in minutes 👊 Who needs attention today? Were the sessions ridden as planned? What does the race actually demand? Answering those properly means opening file after file, and most of the data never gets looked at. Each prompt tells your assistant which Vekta data to pull, over what window, and how to report back. Paste one into Claude Code or Codex, fill in any blanks and personalise it to your own needs 💡 The answers draw on all of your data, not just the files you had time to open. The morning check-in and weekly review run on a schedule, so they arrive without you asking ⏰ Not connected yet? Drop us a DM to request your API key 🔑 Free for all athletes and coaches with a Vekta subscription ✅ #Vekta #VektaAPI #AI #TrainingData #DreamBig
