Wellness can be many things. A yoga flow. A sound bath. A vitamin shot. A conversation. A moment of stillness. This weekend at Amenti in a gorgeous house in the hills off Sunset Blvd, we had the privilege of sharing another possibility: light. Thank you to the incredible Amenti team for curating such a beautiful experience and bringing together a community that was genuinely engaged and open-minded. From creators and artists to athletes, founders, investors, and wellness enthusiasts, every person who entered the UltraRed Light Lounge brought their own story and intention. What we love the most is that no one experiences light exactly the same way. Especially this light. It's next-level. So for those who joined us... What word best describes how you felt after your Light Journey? One word only. Let's see what shows up. ☀️❤️ #AmentiWellness #LightTherapy #PBM #RedLight #WellnessEvent 🙏♥️@tori212green @lightwork360 @_stephaniecakes_ @amentiwellness

Your cells already carry the blueprint. Light simply hands the keys back. When photons reach the mitochondria, energy rises. Circulation improves. Inflammation settles. Repair begins. Athletes feel it. Burned-out moms feel it. Seniors feel it. Even the most skeptical “nerds” feel it because biology doesn’t lie. Healing isn’t something done to you… It’s something you participate in. And once you experience what your body can do with a little light? You never look at yourself the same way again. 🟣 Visit us in Newport Beach for a session 🟣 Add PBM to your home or wellness business You already carry the power. Light just helps you turn it back on. Photobiomodulation therapy, red light therapy, near infrared, Quantum Medicine

This week’s Live was personal — my hubby and biz partner, Jeff, joined me to share his story as a former D1 athlete who pushed his body to its limits, dealt with injuries, and eventually found his way to recovery through light therapy. From surgeries and setbacks… to finally finding a way to heal, recover faster, and feel strong again — PBM gave him a new chapter, and he's LOVING it. This one’s not just for athletes. It’s for anyone who’s ever felt stuck in pain, fatigue, or frustration and just wants their body to work again. 💡 The replay is now live — you’ll want to hear this one. 💬 DM RECOVERY to learn more about how PBM supports healing and performance. He’ll talk about what it’s like to live in a body that’s pushed to the limit… and what happens when you finally give it what it needs to heal. 💡 He has an athlete's mindset and coach's wisdom & inspiration. At the Women’s Wellness Experience by Kathy Hoss at UCLA Anderson, we turned evidence into a quantum experience. Our LightMD PBM systems gave women a chance to recharge mitochondria, rebalance the nervous system, instant face lifts with brain boosting bonuses, gut repair, pain relief, and clarity unlocked through the power of light. Ten minutes of focused wavelengths of red and near infrared light with customized pulse frequencies—supporting the gut, heart, spine, and mind. The results? Calm energy, lifted mood, and bright eyes all around. Since not everybody lives close to Orange County where our clinic is, the wonderful news is that we sell and rent our life expanding technology so it can be accessed anywhere. #LightAsMedicine #EnergyRestored #WomenWhoRecharge #Photobiomodulation
