Super excited to announce that from now until June 2027 I have partnered with the @tinman_triseries and the @ultratriseries as a Brand Ambassador and will be creating awareness and content around their upcoming races. Since I started triathlon last year I have not missed a Tinman race and it honestly is one of the most epic experiences I have ever had in sport and would encourage anyone who is curious about Triathlon to give it a try👏🏼 Incredibly grateful to @dvbradley for the opportunity and looking forward to informing my audience and prospective triathletes on what is South Africa’s two greatest triathlon series. Next up on the calendar is Tinman Durban on the 8th of November 2026, keep a look out for an upcoming video explaining the routes for the various race distances as well some tips on how to navigate the various challenges of the course⚡️ Link in my bio for race entries💪🏻 #triathlon #tinman #swimbikerun #durban #suncoast tinmantri TinmanTriSeries tinmantriathlon

Back where the Ultra Series began. 💙🔥 It was Brad’s first time racing the Midlands Ultra, and he put together an incredible performance. Chasing that elusive podium, he finished 2nd in his age category and 5th overall. 🥈🔥 Another big step forward, another race full of lessons, and more proof that the hard work is paying off. So proud of the progress Brad, the podium chase continues!

Midlands Ultra 2026 ⛰️ 3rd in Age group 🥉 Didn’t have the best day but I’m happy to be back racing in triathlons again, it’s been a while. One of the toughest and longest courses I’ve ever done but I’m already looking forward to competing here again next year.

Does a sprint and thinks she’s invincible… my VO2 Max says otherwise. 🫣😂 A lot of tears were shed, mistakes were made, and there were definitely a few moments where I questioned why I thought this was a good idea, but hey, a win is a win! It definitely wasn’t perfect, but that’s what made it so special. I learnt a lot, pushed myself out of my comfort zone, and most importantly, got to the finish line. Feeling very grateful for the body that lets me do these crazy things, the people who support me, and the opportunity to challenge myself in ways I never thought I would. On a serious note… Durban 70.3, we’re coming for you. 💪🏼

It’s been a long time between drinks… T’s and C’s apply, but sometimes a little win is enough to make you believe again. Just stopping at that for now. On avance. Thanks to @32gi and the great team at @ultratriseries for another epic event. Hearing @wikustri welcome you home first will always be special.

🥈 Midlands Ultra Triathlon A race I’m really happy with considering the build-up. Led out of the swim and managed to hold the lead through the bike, before eventually being caught towards the end of the run to finish 2nd overall. The last 4–5 weeks have been pretty frustrating with a heel bursitis keeping me from running, so I knew the run was going to be a bit of a fight. I definitely felt the lack of running in the legs, but it was great to be back racing and to still put together a solid day. Would obviously have loved to hold onto the win, but plenty of positives to take from this one. Now to get the heel properly sorted and get back to some consistent running. 💪🇿🇦 #TriathlonSA #MidlandsUltra #SwimBikeRun #Triathlete #GloryToGod
