$// ATTENTION BERLINERS \\ DREAD is looking for its newest member: an Event Coordinator. _What this will entail_ • Scouting venues, collectives, musicians, performers and artists to collaborate with and reaching out to them for any future events • Pitching event ideas to the team and planning and coordinating said events together • Liaising with artists and venues re: any tech requirements and event planning details • On site management of events _Who we’re looking for_ Anyone who feels aligned with the DREAD project and who wants to get hands on experience running events and helping to build DREAD from the ground up! Prior event coordination experience preferred, though we are open to any and all profiles. Our only requirement is that you are an active member of various creative Berlin communities, and can bring your connections and ideas to our small but inspired table. _An important note_ This is not (yet) a paid position. As you may know, DREAD is still very much a passion-fueled project and fully self funded (by your friendly neighborhood broke artists). Any profit we make goes straight back into the zine. We are working hard towards being able to pay our team members (and eventually, our contributors). We respect all work put in and feel strongly about making financial compensation possible, but do hope that in the meantime, being part of this world we’re creating will be rewarding enough. This is also not at all a full time position! We all have lives and work on DREAD whenever is possible/realistic. Perhaps simply something meaningful to do in your free time… :-) Reach out to us by dm or via email (dreadzineberlin@gmail.com) 🖤 (MUST BE BASED IN BERLIN!) #berlinzine #teamopening #berlinartists #dreadzine$
