🥋🔥 UNITED BY JIU-JITSU, STRONGER TOGETHER! What an incredible Sunday celebrating the power of our Jiu-Jitsu community in Bali! 🙏🏽❤️ A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made this gathering so special! Special thanks to the ETP Bali crew, Marcelinho, Marlon, and Jair, and to Renato from The Block Bali for their support and contribution. It was also a great honour to have Professor, fighter, and dear friend Fábio Caloi sharing the mats with us, bringing his experience, knowledge, and passion for the sport. A special recognition to black belt Renata Guedes, a true ambassador and influential figure in promoting the Gentle Art in Bali. Your dedication and positive impact on our growing community deserve great respect! 🙏🏽 🎥 A massive shoutout to the incredibly talented @rafaxphoto_ for the fantastic filming and editing! Not only a gifted creator but also a true Jiu-Jitsu enthusiast who beautifully captured the energy, passion, and spirit of our community. Thank you for bringing these special moments to life! 🙌🏽 Events like this show that Bali is home to high-level Jiu-Jitsu, outstanding instructors, talented athletes, and an incredible community. Different academies, different affiliations, but ONE SHARED PURPOSE: to develop Jiu-Jitsu in Bali, inspire more people to discover the Gentle Art, and build a stronger community together. No politics. No barriers. Just respect, friendship, and Jiu-Jitsu. 🤝🥋 And this is just the beginning! 🌴 NEXT COMMUNITY OPEN MAT 📍 Nyang Nyang Beach, Uluwatu 📅 Sunday, November 1st ⏰ 4:30 PM until sunset ALL ACADEMIES. ALL BELTS. ALL LEVELS. EVERYONE IS WELCOME! Because at the end of the day, it’s not about which academy we represent. It’s about what we can achieve together. ONE COMMUNITY. ONE PASSION. ONE JIU-JITSU. ❤️🥋 #BaliJiuJitsu #UluJiuJitsu #BJJCommunity #StrongerTogether #JiuJitsuBali

Maintaining a lean physique isn’t just about what you do in the gym - recovery matters too 💪🏼 While in Bali, I made recovery a priority with cold plunges, saunas and steam rooms 🧊🔥 As you get older, you start to appreciate that training hard is only one part of the equation. Looking after your mental wellbeing, managing stress and giving your body time to recover are just as important as putting in the work. It’s also a great way to switch off, recharge and being comfortable with the uncomfortable 🥶 TOP 5 WELLNESS SPOTS IN BALI 🇮🇩 1️⃣ AMO 2️⃣ Body Factory, Canggu 3️⃣ Obsidian Gym, Canggu 4️⃣ Atmos 5️⃣ ULU Active & Recovery, Uluwatu Note that I am not affiliated with these places and are not in any particular order. I loved them all equally! ❤️ Train hard. Recover smarter. 🧊💪🏼 Which one are you visiting first? Please feel free to comment if you’ve been to any of these 🤌🏻 #BaliWellness #BaliFitness #Canggu #Uluwatu #musclerecovery
