✷ yesterday marked exactly one month since i had the privilege of participating in the MOLT residency at Helikon Art Center @helikonart.center

✷ in my (to me, very experimental) project i explored framing devices — cavities, forms of containment — and how they can influence our perception of an art piece. to what extent does painting remains painting when the support, frame, cavity and material become active parts (the focus) of the work? does the pictorial question remain alive after the image has disappeared?

✷ i had such an amazing time in this space that the darling orhan @philosopher_prof._dr._orhan_oz has crafted. first thank you so much for receiving me! also second thank you to пупок @sofiisavina for teaching me how to work with wood 🪵
✷ and lastly, thank you to the sexy scrumptious and talented artists i met and spent this residency with. i had so much fun and learned a lot from your practices. it was a pleasure

MOLT final exhibition — September 19-27

Exhibition opening: 19th September, 17:00
📍Helikon Art Center

What stays with us when the old forms change?

We try to control everything, and that’s how we end up inside the cycle: stereotypes, rules, institutions, again and again. The way out isn’t escaping form. It’s learning to feel the difference between fear and care, until purity becomes less an arrival and more a practice.

18:00 — Perfomance “Anyuta” based on poems by Anna Akhmatova
actress: Anna Cherkashina

21:00 — Auctioning Performance by Aryna Kub

terre mouvante – bewegte Erde
03.04 – 20.06.2026
Vernissage: 02. April 2026 | 18 Uhr

Anna Jaccoud (@annajaccoud), Maysa Moubarak (@maysa.moubarak), Yoomin Lee (@um0oo), Augustin Decarsin (@augustindecarsin), Flora Coupin (@flofloflofl0flo), Emanuel Strauss (@ema_____nuel), Franz Grimm (@franz_grimm_), Marlon Nicolaisen (@marlon.nicolaisen), Paula Oltmann (@paula_oltmann), Fatih Cimdiken (@000dkn)
