Get up, it's Game Day for @canesfootball!

We got some really cool 25th anniversary swag. Can't wait for everyone to see our gear during halftime at @hardrockstadium today!

See you there! It's. Great. To. Be. @miamihurricanes.

Tonight presented a range of emotions. As @canesfootball welcomed back our 2001 squad, I reconnected with teammates I hadn't seen in several years.

While there, we all received an unexpected gut punch during an In Memoriam sequence that featured key contributors whom we lost from that title run.

We don't know when our time will expire; that's why it's important to tell people how you feel about them while they're here.

Rest in power to @miamihurricanes for life, Chris, Carlos, and Sean.

Miss you guys.

#TBT: 25 seasons ago, @canesfootball brought home @univmiami's 5th national championship. While everyone will point to the immense amount of talent on the 2001 squad, we ultimately don't get to that point without relatively good health, a little luck, and steadfast leadership.

Unfortunately, the man who took the reins of the program and oversaw that title run in the @rosebowlgame, Coach Larry Coker, is unable to join us as we commemorate the greatest team in college football history. I recorded this video message in appreciation for his contributions toward our success.

For a kid from Machipongo, VA, playing in The Granddaddy of Them All™ was a special moment. I still remember arriving at the @rosebowlstadium with the San Gabriel Mountains as the backdrop.

What a breathtaking ride on an equally incredible journey.

Looking forward to reconnecting with my teammates to celebrate that victory. It's only fitting that we do it the same weekend the @miamihurricanes earn the #1 ranking for the 1st time since our era featured a 34-game winning streak.
