Tandoori Chicken. Butter Chicken Wings. Nihari Oxtails. Lemon Pepper Masala Wings. Brisket Tikka Masala. Pork Belly Burnt Ends. And whatever else I decide to put on the smoker next! The menu keeps changing because that’s part of the fun. Every pop-up is another chance for me to experiment, create something new, and show people a different side of both Indian food and BBQ. What started as a passion project has grown into consistent pop-ups and collabs at breweries, distilleries, smokehouses, and dinners across Atlanta. Long lines (thank you all for your patience), sold-out days, and everyone that keeps showing up hungry. No brick and mortar (not yet😉). No permanent menu. Just follow along and catch us when we pop up. Thank you to everyone that has hosted us for pop-ups and events!🙏 The best is yet to come✌️ 🎥 by @iamcameracal #indianfusionbbq #thedhababbq
