Rest and Reset Retreat , May 31, 2025

A deeply nourishing and rejuvenating day bringing together blissful souls like you in beautiful surroundings in the Harrow.

A day of relaxation, reflection and connections. Where you have the chance to take some time just for you to enjoy mindful movement, intuitive guidance and conversation as well as some time just to be 😇🙏

There is so much magic to be had at this time of year as we are excited to invite you into this next Rest & Reset day.

Thanks to Srini, Cherry, Sara, Mala, Sachin, Uta and Justin for invoking the Gurus within and providing a deeper rest to nine of the beautiful souls.

Join us for the next one on September 6th, 2025 for a deeper rest and inner peace.

Blessings to all 😇💐

A big thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for @umcaron’s beautiful yoga class, made even more special by the calming sound of the Handpan played live by @clarkjamesacupuncture.

It’s moments like these that remind me why I started CoeActive Fitness — to bring meaningful, feel-good experiences to our Eastcote & Ruislip community.

If you missed it… don’t worry (but also, kinda do), keep an eye for events in the future ☺️.

The Sunday art class is stage 3 and we have students ages 10 - 16 it is a class where students can prepare for GCSE and support the workbook that they do at school and create some variety and learn new skills on a relaxing sunday morning.

I love my students!! 🫶🏼🩷🫶🏼
They dig deep and rise to the creative challenge.
I am not their teacher, I am their coach🫵🏻 These kids show up every week and give it their best. 🙌I encourage them to take risks, experiment, take it slow, lighten up, push harder…. Keep going … don’t give up! Just imagine what you want in life and let the art make it real. Visualise and keep moving forward…what a phenomenal weekend of effort and creativity. So proud of you all!!!

My Sunday art class today really worked hard to create some fantastic artwork inspired by either David Hockney or painters that were depicting underwater. Swimmers #PaintingUnderwater #PhotoRealism #KidsArtClass #ArtStudio #amershamart #sundayartist
